When I got my invoice from another printer there were lots of extra costs for correcting files. Is this normal? Yes. Quoted prices are based on final press ready files being supplied. To save time and money, it is always suggested that files are thoroughly reviewed prior to giving them to the printer.

Can I have a guaranteed delivery date? Yes.  We pride ourselves on meeting agreed upon delivery dates.

What software program should I build my print job in? The most commonly used programs today are in the Adobe Suite of software. TVL recommends Adobe InDesign because of its reliability, ease of use, and predictable results. Also commonly used is Adobe Illustrator. Avoid word processing programs such as Microsoft Word, since the end results can be unpredictable.
